This is the LoneStar Puppy Inquiry Form, it is NOT an agreement to purchase a dog or puppy. More questions may follow, plus an interview, vet reference check, and a home/fence check - but this will get us started. We will use this to match a dog to your lifestyle, your situation, and your expectations, which gives you and the dog the best possible chance at a permanent placement.
